Im 4’-11” and weight about 130IB. I usually like oversize but not too oversize. Would this still fit well and not be too oversize?

@lillypaw41 hi there sorry for the late reply, but I think it may be a bit too oversized, it fits for like an XL rather than a M, I'm usually a size L or 12 and thought sizing down would help, but it's still pretty oversized on me, hope that helps!
