This is an absolutely gorgeous dress from Cider. It is made of a stretchy, thick, midnight blue satiny fabric. It has weight to it, it’s very nice. The floor length skirt is pleated all the way around and flows beautifully. The top is contoured and very flattering. It has adjustable spaghetti straps and is a plus size 2X. I bought it to wear to a “Starry Night” themed ball, and never went. It would be perfect for a formal. It is brand new with tags.
