Royal Doulton Bowl of Flowers.

About 2” tall and 3” wide. Looking really hard to find any chips, but the one I spotted looks more like an unpainted edge to an upturned leaf. See pictures. Vibrant colors, really pretty and great condition. Unsure why someone would scratch off the brand. Sticker residue on side.
