This is brand new , never worn Free People:wink my way tunic top with puff sleeves . Size Large color white: it’s 100% cotton, lining is 100% viscose . This is a sweet square neck silhouette puffed short sleeves, with defined empire waist line for added shape. It has a tie back feature. FP size small is bust 36” sleeve 15, length is 20 . So this is a size large, I would triple the sizes , it’s hard to measure the bust because I would have to put it on . My mannequin has a small bust . Hope you can figure out if it would fit you .it also has metal buttons on front.
