Red shantung Lord and Taylor balloon skirt size 0 EUC Perfectcfor Christmas! 🎄

Note: this skirt was altered with 2 simple fold pleats at back waist. See photos - it was done professionally. Waist now measures about 25”. (12.5 flat lay) Skirt has NO crinoline. Balloon effect is all due to construction. I got compliments every time I wore this skirt!! Note: the cropped Jean jacket is also in my closet! Bundle to replicate my look and save!
