This vintage 90s/Y2K Soft Surroundings denim skirt is a size petite small. This skirt is light blue with white embroidery. It has a two button closure and falls to maxi length. It’s 100% cotton and has elastic on the sides of the waist. It’s a versatile piece with cottagecore/coastal cowgirl vibes and is in good vintage condition.
