1960s Vintage White Bubble Cloche Hat With A Large Red Poppy Flower Designer

A very pretty off white straw bubble cloche hat from the 1960s by Jacques Heim and Sitlers. A large red "silk" flower adorns the front and it also has a red fabric band with a bow in the front. The small front brim has a split in the front where the flower is attached. The inside brim of the hat is lined in red fabric. Along with a red grosgrain hat band. It is only 20" inside and it was meant on to perch on top of the bouffant hairdos of the 60s. It will not pull down on the head unless you have a very small head size. The top of the hat has a few faint minor age marks. And very very faint darkening along the back inside edge.
