Sorry for the late reply. The chain is included 18inches 14kt gold. The necklace is real diamonds bought at Kay Jewelers. The center stone is not real. You can use it alone or with a center stone. I will send it with the necklace if you want it. I forget what they call that......maybe an enhancement of some sort? Thanks and please let me know if you have any other questions.
