Sorry I didn’t have it checked by professionals so cannot tell for sure what material is used to build those little pretty pendants. While I am certain it’s not shell. according to its weight (4.8oz) with respect to the size of the volume, it couldn’t be plastic because it’s pretty heavy. Sorry I cat get you more detailed informations.
