@shammel25 ummm I’m not sure it is sized that way I think it is just by the liters but I am a smaller woman and it fit me really well so maybe s/m?

Any defects with the zippers or straps or any other part of the pack?

@shammel25 there is no helmet carrying attachment the top is a roll design so you can put your helmet in there and just roll is down but I have always just carried my helmet in the bag. No issues with zippers or anything it’s like new condition outside maybe scuffs on fabric!
