Gray High Waisted Distressed Cut Off Shorts‎

NWT Gray high-waist ripped denim jean shorts with raw hem When I purchased these, in a local store, the owner told me they ran small and to size up, and I did. But, unfortunately these run really small!! Please see measurements in the pictures. These shorts have no stretch to them! There is no fabric content tag on them even though they are brand new with tags. They are marked as a size Large, but they are more in the Small / Medium range. Any questions, please feel free to ask!
