Vintage 1970's Groovy Minion Mini Dress S

Adorable, loved, and worn! Blue with a super cute circular dot pattern and happy orange, yellow flowers. Frilly and dainty cap sleeves make this dress pop! Hem is unraveling perfectly (I love the look) and has a brown color you can see clse up on the front of dress, simply because she's Vintage! No one ever noticed. Zipper losing it's stitch (see photos) doesn't need replaced, just thread and needle (I don't sew). She's special 😊 Pit to pit is 15 in. and below breast area is 14 in. Flares out to 30 in. with a length of 34 in. No stretch and cotton. Label
