rosesandpearls @anngb4real your welcome. So the dress has a lining in it that has a slight stretch to it and then the over layer is flowy.I just threw it on over my shirt real quick and it fit me in the chest ok. For size reference I typically wear an l/xl women’s polyester blouse and a 36/38 d depending on the brand. I hope that helps.
