The system would not allow me to enter $10 the max it would accept was $9

When I attempt to offer $10 a message comes up in red letters stating that the offer must be between $3 and $9. This is my 2nd attempt. Sorry it didn't workout.

And that was maybe for half hour. Never used them. Weren’t my style. What do we do about this? I’ve never had this situation. (Except when a shoe I had bought broke…but nothing was suggested to me).

@tamihammond504 I am also a bit confused as you messaged me a month and a half ago stating how comfortable they are. But certainly, I’ll reach out to customer support and see how we can solve this.
