@leighachen good morning! My sincerest apologies for the delay. I was under the weather for a few days. The sleeve length is approximately 22 inches, the chest approximately 21 inches and it does not button up just the decorative buttons that are all along the front. It would look great in place of a blazer with a collared long sleeve shirt!🥰

I do not see any issues with the jacket regarding stains, discoloration, etc. It also comes from a non-smoking home. I hope this helps! 🥰
