There are belt loops, but I do not have a belt. There is a tear in the back kickpleat (see last photo) I could not find any other stains or flaws. Please examine all photos carefully Size medium bust 36½" waist 28" hips 38" approximately 38" shoulder to hem FLAT (mannequin is 37-26-37 for reference) there is no material or care label.
