VTG red wing tip oxfords

Genuine red leather oxfords by Rafferty are very typical of late 80s/ early 90s. These wing tips are marked sz 10 but they don’t feel big on my size 9 feet, maybe because the toe box is narrow. I don’t think I could wear a size 9 in these.
