Vintage Gilberti Glitter Sheer Chiffon Overlay Dress Navy Blue & White 70s 80s

VGUC vintage Gilberti dress. Woven, rougher chiffon-type fabric in navy blue with white glitter appliqué. Two triangle shaped, sheer overlays over shoulders and waist. Modest silhouette with a flattering V back. Partial back zipper. Belt loops and matching belt included. Belt has two covered buttons for closures. Will likely need a slip under this dress. Belt ends have what looks like some tape residue (someone wanted that belt to stay put!) on the undersides and little bits of glitter missing here and there, see photos. Made in the USA.
