This dress is so cute and I was sad it didn't end up fitting. The material is a light Chiffon with a black slip underneath. The dress does have a zipper closure on the back and adorable velvet tie detailing at the neck. Faux buttons and flutter sleeves add to the drama and make this dress really interesting to look at.
