how do these compare with birkemstock & blundstome sizing ?

@skymh hey there, I’ve never worn Blundstone, but I wear 39 narrow in Birks, and I feel these run smaller, maybe because I wear socks with boots. Width wise they are pretty generous, but I’m a size 8.5 and feel a 40 in these boots would be perfect.
