elansdesign @melhat80 yes, I just checked and it is definitely water repellant. If you are still interested, just measure from the base of your dogs neck (back below the back of the head), then measure to the base of the tail (where it hits the back t the beginning of the tail) 9-11” is considered extra small and 12-14” is considered small. Those are the two sizes I have 🤩. Sorry again about the delay getting back to you!

elansdesign @melhat80 yes, my dog wears the small, he’s about 11 lbs. he measures 12” from base of neck to base of tail. I have black color in the small size. The trim is light reflective, which is nice if you walk your babe at night like I do.
