Soft fabric, 100% rayon with elastic smocking, machine washable. Oeko-Tex fabric, certified no harmful chemicals. Waist measures 14” lying flat, but has plenty of stretch. Bust measures 15” laying flat but due to smocking also had a lot of room for stretch, to fit many bust sizes. Woman’s size small, from Kohls… sizing is typical of woman’s sizing at kohl (runs a little bigger than designer and luxury clothing).
