@jojoscloset21 hi there. I added some pics of the inside and the strap and tassel. I would not consider these “defects” but it is a supple leather that can mold itself in differnt ways. The strap was inside the bag so I think that’s why it’s “wavy” and the tassels probably can be bunched together and held together if you don’t want them fanning out a bit. It’s a beautiful bag that I’m just not wearing enough…there isn’t anything “wrong” with it per se. Hope this helps!
