NWT perfect condition Forever 21 29 No stretch- the website claims this is a relaxed fit but I disagree. Measurements pictured I posted photos and a short description straight off the website Super cute I believe these are more of a high rise. When I tried them on they came up more than other fits would have. Appear to be more of a straight leg when I tried them on. Smoke free home
