This is definitely a conversation piece of high end costume jewelry. 3 gold open etched leaves dangle from chain with a gorgeous teardrop of green tiny gems and a big diamond cut green gem in center. Not a shiny bright gold. More of an antique look. Never got the opportunity to wear!
