Black Ice Candles If you love Black Ice in your car, try out these amazing candles!! They smell amazing and are great to look at! Each vessel is handmade by me out of concrete, painted and sealed. Each can have small imperfections in the paint and or air bubbles can form in the concrete while hardening.
