EUC. Dress with striped top and detailed black tulle skirt. Opening with snaps on the shoulder. Comes with a marching blazer and a black bloomer. Please see the highlighted picture before making an offer: the jacket has a small gray spot on the sleeve, it came like this from the manufacturer but it’s so small that is barely visible and the dress was so adorable that I decided to keep it.
