This pretty blouse is fully lined. The sheer fabric on top and lining are 100% polyester and machine wash and dry. The sleeves are shirred but can be adjusted to whichever length you want. The fabric is a very pale dusty rose. Measurements are length 28.5” and pit to pit 24”. It is a loose fitting blouse.
