Pants are 20" waist and 38" long one zipper pocket on the lower left side of the pant. The waist will tighten up with the drawstrings that are inside the waist belt of the pant. If your waist is smaller than say 40" you can tighten the waist w/belt straps inside the pant. The outside material is Nylon and elastane Inside the pant is polyester and elastane.
