Handmade pintuck dress and skirt set

Totally one-of-a-kind halter dress and underskirt set handmade by me, Lower Bottoms Clothing. The main fabric is a gray stretch chambray. Ties around the neck with an olive green grosgrain ribbon. Unique pintucks and contrast stitch details. Slits up to the waist on both sides. The underskirt has a subtle white-on-white zebra stripes burnout print and an unfinished hem. Armpit to armpit 16” Waist 13”
