Boston Proper vintage boho dress with soft velour/velvet material. V-neck with slight drop baby doll waist from front to back. Bell sleeves are beautiful polyester rayon and spandex apx 36” from top to bottom, it’s medium weight dress but definitely a head turner. New but with no tags
