Vintage evening gown features a black floor length dress with a one-shoulder draped shawl or wrap giving this dress it's name, Black Ice. The wrap has silver glittery decoration and ties at the side of the waist. Shawl is tacked to the shoulder. Consistent with its period, the dress has shoulder pads. Dress zips in back down to waist. No fabric tag, but because of its beautiful drape, the fabric is likely rayon. No label or RN number, but the ILGWU dates the dress anywhere from 1974 - 1995. Preowned, vintage size 12.
