Beautiful dress by French brand The Kooples. Sadly too small for me. Approximately 19” pit to pit, 35” shoulder to hem. Fully lined and it has pockets! Kooples size 3 which is a large but I think it’s more a medium. If you aren’t familiar with the brand, look them up.
