This appears to be vintage. I am not sure how old this is or what it's intended decor purpose is- it has a hard material face with a beard filled/stuffed felt type material limbs and they are attached to a clear plastic bag in the middle where the torso would be. I am not sure why this is. Maybe it is intended to be filled with something? It is sealed in a plastic bag. The Santa is approx. 16”
