Brilliant Blue Stone Ring

Beautiful, brilliant blue stone in silver setting. Picked this up in a box of jewelry from an estate sale. Stone is 3/4”L x 1/2”w. I do not know the maker of this ring. Can’t find a stamp on the silver. Also unsure about the stone, perhaps a moonstone. The ring has some weight to it. And it is not magnetic. It’s very highly polished and the stone is gorgeous.
