kathryn_shumate @bebebikini hi there! It's really going to depend on torso length. My daughter was 8 when she wore it for her recital, but she's long-torsoed. So age range might be 7-10 years old, depending?

kathryn_shumate @bebebikini no, but there's about an inch or so of additional strap, so if you sew, it can be let out or taken in. We did not adjust it for length at all.
