Please see pics and video. This is not new but in good “played with” condition. The oven door gets stuck and you need to press it in the bottom center to fully open. It has been like that since we bought it at the AG store in NYC. You also have to press it at the top for it to close fully. The sink is off white and may have gotten a little discolored from age. There is a little wear/scratches on the bottom of cookie sheet and there is spot on the faucet. Comes only with what is shown. No doll is included.
