Tortoise Mint Marquis Stones Silver Tone Statement Necklace Signed LC Conrad?

This listing is for a tortoise necklace, accented with mint color, plastic marquis stones. The hardware is silver and the necklace is on a light weight chain. This necklace is not the same quality as J. Crew. There is a hang tag that reads LC. Possibly Liz Claiborne or Lauren Conrad? The clear rhinestones have almost a frosted haze and are not brilliant.
