Dress barn Small Black Ruffles In Paradise Blouse

This is a size small Dress Barn. I am going to call this ruffles in paradise it is sheer, but it does also have the lining it is black with the little ruffles throughout. This is a great blouse. I wish it was my size because I would be keeping this in my closet.
