NWT Madison Mathews dress, cute belt and tote!

NWT This beauty is a gorgeous quality mid length dress. Adorable cloth tote included! never worn, tote/bag never used. 100% linen with a light cotton lining. Can be worn off or on the shoulder. The belt is also included and is a size large, but you can adjust it to any size. Dress says XL but measures as a large (8-10), so I have labeled it as such. Please see the measurements in photos.
