This is a tiny blazer in a black and white mini check pattern made by White House Black Market in size 00. It has shoulder pads, a silver single button, ruffled collar, peplum waist, and split three quarter length sleeves. This was a favorite of mine, light wear but excellent condition. Sadly it no longer fits me.
