Blue satin strapless top with grey satin empire waist ribbon with bow. Satin full skirt with crinoline. Most of the stains are on the skirt lining. The collage shows the outer marks. 2 areas of crinoline have pulled away. Still a very cute and wearable dress. 100% polyester. Skirt Waist 29". Length back 51", from 43". Top Chest pit to pit 18". There's built in plastic boning. Waist 30". Length front 15" and back 11". No size listed. Measurements are consistent with size 8.
