This is vintage with damages. Bought at an estate sale in DC. 32.5” long. Approx 22” bust. See the damages from this old item and some tears in lining. Beautiful, I’ve work as is, but could be refurbished. No size, but listing as a 14. Wrap tie closure. Looking for a new home. I moved to California and never get to wear it.
