I bought it from another Posher and they listed it as "women's". So I guess it's a women's shirt? But Hawaiian shirts can be worn by anyone.

actually, I believe it's a man's shirt. My husband's shirt buttons are on the right side. And my buttons on one of my shirts are on the left.

if you have a button down shirt, look and see what side it has buttons

I looked at my button down shirts and the buttons are on the right side of the shirts. So, it's a men's shirt!
