Short, sleeveless, one-shoulder dress in woven, crinkled cotton fabric. One double, extra-narrow shoulder strap to tie across back, cut-out sections with gathered, covered elastic at sides, and an open back. Gently flared skirt with an asymmetric seam above hem. Lined. Worn once.
