I am not really sure what these are, LOL I know these are vintage and might have come from England or Scotland My Mum was from England and had a lot of collectibles She used these for a tea once to put put some plates of cookies on for decoration See pics for condition and measurements Please let me know if you have any questions I do have dogs but they do not wear the clothes :)
