Is this a thin coat or does it stand up to California winter (50 degrees)? What's the length of the sleeves, and does it go below your bottom?

hi, thanks for checking my closet. this coat it is not to heavy, I would think is good for California weather, the sleeves are like approximately 26 inches long.
