Brand new Blinged-Out Hello Kitty jacket! My daughter took the tags off but never wore this awesome jacket- my loss is your gain! From the Forever 21 collection, I paid $100 for this jacket, and discounted it due to the missing tags. Size large but pretty generous large. I think it's meant to be a little baggy, but I'm pretty sure it would also fit an XL.
