White Cotton Flutter Hem Midi Dress with Stripe

White, cotton, spaghetti strap dress with adjustable straps, center back zipper, inverted-scoop-hemline (where the sides are longer than the center back and front), ruffle hem, navy pin stripe pattern. Also has a white cotton lining attached. Note that its tag says a size S but fits closer to an XS, as I had it altered a few years ago. Only worn a few times.
