Has the "Jessica Simpson" logo to the round charm hung from a handle, to the lower side in metal and to the inside just below a large, zippered pocket. The inside has a large open area and to the inner front are two open pockets such as for a cell phone. The shoulder strap has a buckle to make it adjustable. This has a zipper closure across the top with a flap that secures with a twisted lock. To the inner back is a key clip. To the back of the purse is a large, zippered pocket and to each side of the purse an open pocket. To the front of the purse there are two slanted zippered pockets, one to each front side.
